These terms describe responsible use of Persian Gulf Holding while the platform is being prepared for verified trade workflows.
Use of platform
The platform provides informational and workflow-oriented tools for trade request preparation. It is not a bank, exchange, broker-dealer, investment adviser, refinery, shipping carrier, or licensed escrow provider unless explicitly stated after legal approval.
Eligibility and compliance
Users must be legally permitted to use the platform and must comply with sanctions, AML, export control, customs, tax, maritime, environmental, and local laws.
Verification
KYC/KYB, source of funds, source of goods, company authority, beneficial ownership, document review, and compliance checks may be required before any operational workflow.
No advice
No information on the platform is financial, legal, tax, investment, customs, sanctions, or trading advice. Users should seek independent professional advice.
No solicitation
No public investment solicitation is made. No guaranteed returns, allocation, payment, shipment, product availability, or settlement outcome is promised.
Pi features
Pi payment integration is planned and depends on Pi Network approval, Portal checklist readiness, backend integration, and compliance review.
Operational records
Public forms write to protected server-side Supabase workflows and may create audit, rate-limit, support, and email queue records. Admin-only upload and verification workflows remain controlled and do not create escrow, brokerage, settlement, payment, shipping, or licensing commitments.
